Orders of Supervision

We represent clients who are ordered to report to ICE under an Order of Supervision. The Trump administration has made it more and more necessary to show ICE that an immigration lawyer is moving your immigration process forward in some manner. Failure to demonstrate case progress often results in arrest by ICE on site.
